This policy is from SpectralSense LLC, Holladay, Utah. It covers the WorkCheck checkpoint, the WorkCheck Gator app, the LookSense app, and this website. Each one handles data differently, so each gets its own section.

Gator is a phone app for a supervisor. You point it at a worker and it checks the required gear.

The camera frames are processed on the phone. No photo or video of a person is stored on the phone or sent to us.

What the app keeps is the verdict: the time, the site or gate, the rule set, and the result. If your company uses a WorkCheck account, that verdict record syncs to it. The record has no image in it.

The app does not use advertising, tracking, or analytics from third parties. It does not access your contacts, location history, or other apps.

Camera permission is needed for the check. Nothing works without it. Deny it and the app does nothing.

The WorkCheck box checks each worker at the door and gives a verdict in about a second.

The verdict is written to the box first, in a tamper-evident log. Each line holds the time, the gate, the rule set, the result, and a hash of the line before it. No image of a person is stored in the log or sent off the box.

The log belongs to the customer who owns the box. When it is collected, by network or by a tech with a laptop, the box records who took it and when. We see the log only if the customer sends it to their WorkCheck account.

Overrides by a supervisor are recorded as overrides. They cannot be edited afterward.

LookSense is different. It is your closet, so it stores your photos.

When you photograph a garment or an outfit, that photo and what the app read from it (color, type, fit notes) are saved to your account so you can use them later. They are yours. We do not sell them, share them with advertisers, or use them to train models without asking you first.

You need an account to keep a closet. We store your email and sign-in method. We do not store payment details; Apple handles purchases.

Delete a photo and it is gone from your closet. Delete your account in Settings and everything tied to it is removed from our systems within 30 days. You can also email us and we will do it for you.

LookSense uses Apple sign-in and standard crash reporting. No advertising SDKs.

This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising. If you fill in a contact or demo form, we keep what you typed so we can reply. That is it.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days.

Our products are not for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Data is stored in the United States. Customers outside the U.S. should know that.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes and the new version lives at this address.
